SCOPE OF WORK
The project at Raya School involves applying Cladcrete to 100,000 square feet of exterior wall surfaces and installing 40,000 square feet of in-situ terrazzo flooring in the admin block and classrooms, spread over three floors.
Exterior Wall Surfaces: The Cladcrete application is designed to create a seamless, low-maintenance exterior finish that meets the school's aesthetic and durability requirements.
Flooring: The in-situ terrazzo flooring is intended to be both fun and lively, enhancing the school environment. The flooring is also designed to be maintenance-free, ensuring longevity and ease of upkeep.
PROCESS
In-Situ Terrazzo (Flooring):
- Ensure the floor is leveled before proceeding.
- Apply a screed layer to create a base.
- Cut grooves and insert inlays as per design.
- Pour the terrazzo material and allow it to set and cure over a few days to strengthen the finish.
- Grind the surface to reveal the intricate aggregate patterns, completing the flooring process.
Cladcrete (Exterior Wall Surfaces):
- Prepare the walls to ensure they are ready for Cladcrete application.
- Apply Cladcrete directly onto the surface in a single, seamless application, providing a convenient and efficient process.
