Base preparation : The substrate on which the micro concrete has to be installed must be prepared right.

Reinforcement and Pour planning : There are various types of reinforcements used in Micro cement. AR Glass fibers to finer mesh, these reinforcements plan an important role in increasing the structural support of the system.

Application of the modified cementitious system : The cementitious system in the hands of a trained artisan can give fantastic results. The nuances of how the cementitious system is applied is crucial for the longevity of micro concrete floors.

Application of Sealant : The sealants are applied to give stain resistance and durability to the finish. There are various nuances to an effective sealant. However, they can be judged based upon the sealant's stain resistance and abrasion resistance.

Difference from regular rustic cement (or popularly known as IPS), finished walls and floors
Micro concrete when applied right is a technologically advanced answer to cement/concrete finished walls & floors. How is the Kaipaneē micro concrete system different.

Crack resistance & High adhesion : The traditional concrete or cement finish has a tendency to crack and peel off in parts. Kaipaneē micro concrete system is designed to be highly flexible. It is treated with special additives to increase its adhesion. This ensures that these floors and walls will never have a situation similar to peeling off.

Stain resistance : Most traditional concrete systems are very receptive to staining. Acids create an etch mark on these materials. Any spill of coffee, lime, or cleaning liquids will leave an impression on these materials. The minimal concrete look that we achieve with Kaipaneē Micro concrete system is acid, coffee, lime, and soap solutions resistant. There is no concern over the staining of these materials.

Uniformity & ease of application : The dependency on-site team to achieve uniform colors or on ensuring the right material is applied is completely eliminated. We package all our colors at our factory based on the site requirement. There are minimal changes at the site. The cementitious mix is modified based on creating ease of application.
